9 hour delay / promised compensation / 6 months later: ZERO from Norse

"from ATH to JFK in August 2025 was delayed by over 9 hours. I received an email from Norse that I would be receiving a travel credit for 850 euro in October of 2025.It is now March of 2026 and I still have not received my credit nor have I gotten any correspondence from Norse following claim"

6 hour delay / denied boarding: overbooked / unacceptable flight offer 2 days later !

"Jan 7 flight is delayed 6 h. At the gate I am denied boarding due to overbooking. I'm offered to fly two days later instead but refuse. On Jan 11 my gf is delayed 18 h in BKK (N0192). I was meant to be with her but couldn't due to prev offboarding - my ticket wasted."
